Steering wheel audio control problem?

i have a renault scenic with steering wheel controls, but i have lost this function due to installing my own stereo, does anyone have a solutionSteering wheel audio control problem?
If you want to use your steering wheel controls with a aftermarket stereo you will require a remote interface that connects to the factory wiring plug and then to your new stereo depending on the make and model. Sony do a kit as does Jvc, Blaupunkt etc for there stereos.

steering controls work on factory fitted radios and some after market ones usually two plugs on the loom the radio may not have the connector for the function if not then you need a radio that has or operate from the head unit
You may have blown a fuse or you disconnected one of your wires Check your fuse box, or take out your stereo %26amp; see if there are any lose wires or a wire that maybe have been connected wrong.
