When i use Control panel i loosed audio from my COMPUTER?

You should update your Sound Card driver, look up the Sound Card you are currently using by going into the Start Menu, and select Run, then type in DXDIAG, say yes when prompted to continue. A window will open up and across the top of this window there will be tabs. Click on the Tab called Sound, and copy down all the information or save it to a text file by selecting Save all Information, and you can then scroll down in the text file to Sound Devices. Based on the information from DXDIAG, you can do a search through Google, for a current driver.

If you have anymore questions about my answer, please feel free to contact me and I will gladly reply.

hmmm an interesting problem try starting in safe mode see if the same things happen, if so you have a conflict, it might pay you to re install the sound driver again with an updated driver,
