Unless you have steering wheel functionality for the MB phone already on your wheel, you are probably out of luck.

If you have that functionality, it can be done for about $1200-1500 dollars. There is cutting edge equipment out there that acts as an interface between modern bluetooth phones and MBs stock equipment. However, even that may not work on a car that old.

Likely you are looking at installing an entirely new system from scratch and probably paying more than the car is worth to do so, even if the technology existed.

Your best bet is to replace your entire headunit with a nice aftermarket system with voice control, such as the Pioneer AVIC line.

That will give you the ease of use and the newest technology, along with the ability to integrate sat radio and nav.

A cheaper route would be to add a Parrot Bluetooth car kit. That is a couple hundred bucks, but obviously no wheel functionality.

As far as I know there are no aftermarket steering wheels that do what you want, since the wheel buttoms would have to interface with MBs long obsolete system in use back in 1991.
