How to find the sound effect manager in the windows control panel? in my panel are only sounds & audio devices

Control Panel %26gt; Sounds and Audio Devices %26gt;





And then click on the Sounds Tab and you will see a list of items for which you can specify your own sounds





If you are looking for effects like Bass Treble etc, then you will have to double click on the ';volume'; button in your taskbar (beside the time) and then Options %26gt;%26gt; Advanced controls and you shud find another button called ';Advanced';

might not be a sound effect manager. It all depend on your sound card, and the software that the manufacturer provide with the card. if its a built in and not an add on there probably is none.
