Have you:





1) Checked they are connected to the sound-card?


2) Rebooted





If no luck there, you might want to go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for them?The sound is not working on my pc the speakers are on but in sounds and audio devices in control panel?
You may need to install the drivers, now if you don't have them, you will need to find the make and model of the sound card, to find the drivers online, you can also roll back the current drivers in device manager, that might work. Play around with the drivers %26amp; settings, only if you are 100% sure the speakers actually work, and that its the pc that has the problem.
1. Check back of PC (green socket) - this is your sound card


2. Reboot the PC


3. Try connecting the speakers to another device e.g. TV, MP3 player etc, to see if it is a problem with the speakers.

That happens to mine a lot... I always go through the tedious stuff like checking for loose wires, etc.... but usually all it needs is for me to reboot the pc and they work again! x
