Will I be able to use the audio controls in the steering wheel of my honda 2007 civic if I replace the radio?

I have read here that the stock radio in the honda civic can be replaced using a double din dash kit. I wish to install a multimedia unit %26amp; my question is, will I be able to use the audio controls in my steering wheel? If so what multimedia branch would you recommend. it is not the branch or brand of radio you need to worry about. most places like best buy and circut city can do it for you but if you are going to spend that kind of money i would recommend you get it done a tweeter center they can hook everything up for you and assist you in picking out the best quality for what you want in your experience. r you can go to a custom shop like xterm performance they will do it as well. now if you do it yourself I'm not sure i don't believe you can it is very difficult.good luck....go to the experts
